How all the awesome stuff gets to you.

Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days on average, if not otherwise stated in the confirmation & delivery details, that you have received upon ordering.

Shipping is taken care of by a third-party provider – Post of Slovenia. Their network of well-known delivery service providers will carry out last mile delivery in your home country.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and shipping details. Estimated delivery times (processing and shipping time combined) are specified below. Nonetheless, delivery times could be prolonged due to emergencies such as weather, customs delays, sales or any other problems.

Late Delivery

Our delivery times are official estimates stated by the shipping provider. For different objective reasons, your shipment could be running late. In case you find inconsistencies between tracking details and shipment process, do not hesitate to contact us at info@dokk.store. We kindly ask you for your patience within the stated delivery period regardless of problems that might have occurred with the tracking system. Once the delivery period has expired without you receiving your products, please reach out to our support team that shall resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Longer delivery times

Because we want to offer you as many options as possible, to customize your product, some of the delivery times may be longer. Longer delivery times are stated by each product and can also vary.

Returns

Non-specific return

By law, you have the right to inform us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods that you are withdrawing from your order. There is no need to state the reason for the decision, but any information will be much appreciated.

If this would be the case, please inform us on your intent through info@dokk.store prior to returning the product. The notice of resignation shall be considered timely if it is submitted in writing or by e-mail within 14 days.

Altogether, you have 30 days to return the products to us. The return shall be considered timely if it shipped no later than 30 days after you have receive the product initially.

You will be able to choose any modality of refund stated in paragraph below - Refunds.

Please bear in mind that products, which are customized outside our standard offer (through additional private communication) might not be liable for a refund.

Warranty-related return

In line with conditions stated in Warranty section you may apply with a warranty claim. If this would be the case, please inform us on the issue that has arise through info@dokk.store, allowing us to proceed in a timely manner and provide you with appropriate solution.

The issue shall be resolved by providing spare parts or new products as soon as possible and free of charge. On a case to case basis, we might offer compensation schemes that would fit the issue optimally. Method of resolving the issue shall be decided solely by the seller.

You might be kindly asked to send us the warranty-related products or components back.

In case there shall be signs of misuse, irresponsible handling or similar factors that could affect product functionality, we might decline warranty claim. Final decisions will be made solely by the seller and will reflect the highest intent of acting as a fair and decent seller.

Returning instructions and responsibilities

Upon returning the product, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.

Non-specific returns must be in original and undamaged packaging with all documentation attached, unused and undamaged. We are not obligated to accept shipments that do not meet the stated standards. If you return a damaged, visibly used or inappropriate product, we might not be able to refund you and will need to send it back to you at your own cost. Alternatively, in case of inappropriate return, we might refund you only a portion of the total purchase price, which depends on the condition of the product in which we have received it.

Warranty-related returns do not necessarily need to be in the original packaging. This shall be communicated and agreed with our support team prior to shipping.

If not stated otherwise, refunding modality and amount will be decided solely by our decision. Nonetheless, we will do our best to act as a fair and decent seller.

We are not responsible for any loss of shipment during return, so we advise clients to take all measures needed to ensure themselves safe or tracked shipping.

You will be notified as soon as we receive the returned products. Upon receiving the products, our support team shall agree with you on the refunding modality or warranty procedures (see next paragraph).

Refunds

On Non-specific returns, you can choose whether you would like to receive a full refund, partial refund through product compensation scheme or use the available funds combined with top-up payment to order new product of higher value. Our staff will contact you regarding your choice after receiving the product.

Warranty-related returns / issues shall be coordinated and resolved as stated in paragraph warranty-related returns.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded in any way. This does not apply to cases where there is an objective error that has been made on behalf of our company (wrong or damaged product). In this case, returning process shall be coordinated and refunded by us. If this would be the case, please get in touch with us through info@dokk.store where our team will provide you with necessary information.

In case of meeting the return and refund conditions, we shall carry out the refund transaction no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

In case of abuse of the refund system we reserve the right to finish the opened dispute without prejudice, before indefinitely preventing you from concluding new contract agreements with our company.
