Placing an order

Select the items you want from the website and add them to your shopping cart by clicking. When you want to complete your purchase, click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the page. From there, you can proceed to the payment page, where you will be asked to enter your personal information and payment method. Be careful when filling in your personal information, as this is the only way to ensure a fast and good quality service.

If you have successfully completed the order, you will receive an order confirmation (via email that you have provided) within 10 minutes. If you do not receive the confirmation message, please contact us at info@dokk.store.

Promotional codes

You can use promotional codes on payment page. We will lower the order amount according to the specific promotional code you are using.

Changing order details

We try to process your order as soon as possible. Once your payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days on average. Estimated delivery times are specified within Delivery section. Delivery times could be prolonged due to emergencies such as weather, customs delays, sales or any other problems.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are products that are currently not in stock and might take out-of-usual shipment time. When searching through our online store, you will find PRE-ORDER mark if this would be the case. Such products should be shipped from our warehouse no later than 2 months after ordering the item.

The expected delivery time will be presented to you before reaching the payment step.

Some of our products tend to be used as a system of few products (namely Model Two adjustable desk). In this case the stand-alone products could be shipped to you first, while the pre-order products and their system integrations would be shipped second. In such cases, we will contact you and agree upon modality of the delivery.

Payments

We accept all major debit and credit cards, in line with rules of our payment system provider. Our payment system is provided by third party provider – Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe Limited, highly respectable and widely used online payment system. Your banking details ensuring your security (such as card number, CVC number) are not shared with us.

With prior agreement, products can be paid via wire transfer. Contact us at info@dokk.store in case you wish to proceed with wire transfer payment.

If you are having problems accessing our website or functionalities, we kindly ask you to proceed with the following:
  • Delete cookies
  • Restart your browser and try again
  • Update or try a different browser and try again
  • Contact us
